Embarcador del Frances is a dive site near the Medes Islands in Spain. The site is most interesting between 15 and 20 meters. You can follow different diving routes. Start shallow on the north side and then descend to deeper areas full of rocks, overgrown with red corals and white, red and yellow gorgonians. Also beautiful are the fields of Posidonia. This is an underwater plant found only in the Mediterranean, whose leaves can grow nearly a meter long. Permanent residents of Embarcador del Frances are groupers, squids, moray eels and scorpion fish.
